Instead of immediately posting a public review, they are taken to a private feedback form where they can share their concerns. The form asks:

  • Full Name
  • How would you rate your experience? (1-5 stars)
  • How can we improve and serve you better?
  • What can we do to make it right?

This allows businesses to address customer concerns in a timely manner and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
